RecCMS provides a cloud-based CMS, CRM, and ERP platform for businesses.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
